Catherine Sorenson Letson
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to navigate life’s challenges? You don’t have to face it on your own. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with trauma, depression, or anxiety, adjustment to college, addictions and more. I assist students struggling with transition to college. Together, we will work toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Taking the first step can feel difficult, but it’s also a powerful act of self-care. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I’m here to help. I am licensed to work anywhere in the state of Indiana.
During the initial sessions I will create a safe space to collaborate, creating a plan for addressing the issues to help you live with a better quality of life. Many clients see improvement within the first six weeks with a gradual but steady lifting of symptoms ongoing.
