East Cobb Counseling

Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated Today

I take a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Relational-Cultural Therapy, and mindfulness. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. During graduate school, I completed a year-long internship at an outpatient eating disorder treatment center, where I gained experience working with eating disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and relational challenges. This experience deepened my understanding of the ways emotional, relational, and environmental factors can impact mental health.
