Accepting clients Last Updated 5 days ago

Out of the office until September 28, 2026! No one else knows your life story and background like you. I aim to provide a safe, inclusive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood, which is needed for effective therapy. As a culturally sensitive and social-justice oriented therapist, I'm collaborative and honor your expertise. I'm an integrative, client-centered practitioner who customizes my therapeutic approach based on my clients' needs and concerns. My therapeutic style works best for people who are highly motivated to learn about themselves, ways they’ve learned to survive adversity, and new ways of understanding their lived experience.

It’s an honor to serve my clients in therapy. After completing my predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Penn State Counseling and Psychological Services, I became specialized in working with young adults experiencing grief, life transitions, anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and exploration of neurodivergent identities (autism, ADHD, giftedness, learning disability).

I commend you for taking time to search for a therapist who meets your needs. Reaching out to begin therapy is one of the hardest parts of the process. There is no "right time" to start therapy, and I am ready to meet you where you are on your journey. Please feel free to call or email me to inquire about therapy with me. I look forward to hearing from you!
