College is supposed to be an exciting time, but sometimes it just feels like a lot of pressure. Between keeping up with classes, balancing relationships, and trying to meet everyone’s expectations, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in your own head.
I help college students navigate anxiety, academic pressure, relationship stress, and uncertainty about what comes next. Therapy with me isn’t just talking about your feelings, and it’s not about being told what you should do. It’s a collaborative process where we make sense of what’s going on, look at the patterns that keep showing up, and figure out what’s driving them so they don’t keep running the show. Together, we’ll work toward goals that matter to you and find practical ways to approach your thoughts, decisions, and relationships differently. Over time, you can develop more confidence in yourself, a clearer sense of direction, and tools for handling whatever comes your way.
