I strive to create a safe, affirming, collaborative and compassionate space seeking understanding, healing and growth. I provide counseling through the lens of Neurodiversity, Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems.

I have dedicated my career to building communities of diversity, empathy, creativity, and advocacy and especially enjoy working with young adults on the precipice of change.
