These stressors often lead to anxiety and depression. The good news is that you don’t have to manage alone! We can work together to help you learn the tools you need to maximize your strengths, and be at peace, while thriving in a busy college environment.

Welcome, I’m Natoyia Harris, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities. My background includes crisis support, counseling, and case management with people from many different walks of life. What I bring to each session is compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to helping you unmask the layers of disappointment, rejection, or emotions that may feel too heavy to carry alone. I work with individuals who are struggling to manage the many paths and pressures that impact their lives—whether that means navigating stress, life transitions, relationships, or unprocessed emotions. My goal is to bridge the gap by providing a holistic approach to therapy that is centered on you as a unique individual. “I believe healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach to therapy is collaborative—we work together to build bridges of support strong enough to carry life’s challenges, while honoring your story, values, and goals. I strive to create a space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.”
I am able to build rapport quickly with people and clients in general. I am willing to work with people who are ready to receive the help they need. I am easy to talk to, try to be a good listener, honest, up front, and aware of issues related to immigrants as I am originally from Pakistan and a practicing Muslim. I love working with students specially as they are in the process of transitioning in life and often times need more help with coping.
It's not always easy to ask for help. You were probably really looking forward to college being the best time of your life, and in many ways it probably is. But in some ways, you're struggling and that can be really tough. It's takes tremendous strength to recognize that and ask for help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am here to listen and help you work through whatever is making life hard right now. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, and can also help to navigate many of the other challenges of college life, such as social or family relationships, identity, stress, body image, self-confidence, feeling overwhelmed with school or with other aspects of life, college adjustment, future planning, and other related issues. Students appreciate my authentic and relatable approach that I combine with my positive and supportive energy to help empower you to make the changes you need to move forward. Feel free to read over my website and reach out for a consult. I'm here and I can help. SCHEDULE: I have a flexible schedule and will work with you to find session times that accommodate your busy life. LOCATION: I am licensed for telehealth in Florida and Georgia so if you are in college in either state, I can help. I currently offer all my sessions online so no need to drive anywhere, just log in with a link using your phone, tablet or laptop. So you can do your therapy wherever you are comfortable, avoid traffic, and resume life as soon as you log off. If home is in GA or FL, we can continue our therapy during visits home, or if you live in another state, we may be able to continue there too, I'd just need to check local regulations. FINANCIAL: Although I am out of network with insurance, I do offer a sliding scale fee as needed to help make therapy accessible for those at all income levels.
I work with clients navigating major life changes, managing anxious thoughts, and overcoming self-doubt. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a core approach, I help you explore how your thoughts influence your emotions and overall experience. Together, we’ll identify the patterns holding you back and develop strategies to challenge those thoughts.
The Sanctuary Care & Counseling Center is a counseling practice that aims to facilitate wellness through the integration of spirituality and mental health. This is done through ensuring that clients feel safe, supported, and are persistently reminded to extend themselves grace and self-compassion. In the Sanctuary clients are provided a safe space to discuss the complexities of "adulting", process their trauma, navigate grief, adjust to change and transitions, be vulnerable about their fears and insecurities, and express uncertainty and ambivalence about their faith stories. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to have it -" all together". We invite you to The Sanctuary, where we will partner with you as you strive to figure it out.

Hi! I am Kaye Davis and I am a Licensed professional counselor in the heart of the classic city of Athens, GA. I have years of experience working with those individuals who are attending school, graduating, or even staff members that struggle with mental health stress. I believe you all are the experts on your life, and I am here to just walk alongside of you as you navigate this thing we call life. I have years of experience as a Collegiate basketball coach and also former athlete myself at Berry College in Rome, GA. I have a different quirky style of therapy, but at the end of the day, my number one goal is to provide you the ability to talk and explore areas that are strengths but also while looking at growth opportunities. I would also encourage you to find YOUR fit for therapist. Not every therapist is the right fit initially. I believe thru open honest communication things can be worked out where we can find a therapist will work that will be a connection that is helpful and meaningful. How about you take the step for yourself and find relief.
So many obstacles can hinder a person from experiencing a vibrant, peaceful, and satisfying life. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space to process your experiences, cope with distressing emotions, and promote healing in whatever way feels best for you. I’m drawn to working with young adults, women, and individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, recent or past trauma, PTSD, and relationship issues. I approach clients by considering the strengths, values, goals, and experiences of each unique individual. I value a collaborative relationship towards self-exploration, insight, and building skills like mindfulness and self-compassion. My approach involves integrating elements from various therapeutic modalities to suit each client’s goals. It’s not always easy or comfortable to ask for help. My intention is to create a genuine and empowering therapeutic alliance grounded in curiosity, respect, and compassion. I believe that every person is the expert of their own life and provided the appropriate support can achieve the growth and healing they desire for themselves.
