I am an LGBTQ+ therapist supporting adults. Whether you are coming to therapy to make a change, make sense of yourself or past experiences, or simply want someone to listen to you, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for you to explore your life, relationships and concerns. Whatever your goals, I will guide you through the process and together we will try to understand any repetitive patterns of unfulfilling behaviour and gain insight into how past experiences have come to shape present-day experiences. I also work full-time as a therapist supporting undergraduate and graduate students at Harvard University helping them navigate challenges associated with mental health, academics, and relationships. I believe the single most important aspect of successful therapy is the quality of the relationship between therapist and client. I therefore invite you to sit down with me in a relaxed way so we can talk. I can help you make better sense of your experiences, thoughts and feelings. Together we can discover meanings, recognise patterns, and explore options.

I work with clients that are ready to address issues in relationships by addressing the thoughts and behaviors that play a role. Initial sessions look at patterns that impact communication, intimacy, and connection with self and others. We strive to lead with more of who you actually are and less of who you think you "should" be. I work with people who are ready to go deep — not just to feel better, but to understand themselves in a more integrated and compassionate way. Many of my clients are independent, driven, and thoughtful — and they’re longing for a space where they can be vulnerable without performing, fixing, or figuring it all out right away. This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming more you. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that shaped you, the parts of you that have been trying to protect you, and the deeper truths that are ready to be heard. I hold space for both your personal healing and the ways larger systems affect your I know that finding a therapist that is the "right fit" is most important and would be honored to begin exploring this possibility with you. I am dedicated to offering affirming care and am continually working to provide an LGBTQ+ informed space.

Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, OCD and related disorders, and longer-standing patterns of emotion dysregulation. I offer a warm, compassionate, and validating approach to evidence-based psychotherapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. I am particularly passionate about using mindfulness principles to help clients access these treatments. I have been providing therapy to individuals with a range of concerns for over 7 years. I received my PhD from Yale University in clinical psychology in 2020 and my BA in psychology with a minor in music from Cornell University in 2012. I completed predoctoral and postdoctoral fellowships at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where I currently work as a staff psychologist at the OCD Institute and The Pavilion. I do my very best to meet my clients where they are at in their lives, deeply empathize with them, and then gently and at their pace, help them move towards any changes they hope to realize in their lives. I appreciate your taking the time to read about me and my approach to therapy, and I look forward to connecting soon!

I work primarily with those suffering from chronic illness. Difficult to treat medical conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic Lyme disease, multiple sclerosis, Lupus, etc. are often poorly understood, and it can be very difficult for patients to find the help and support they need. I teach my clients tools for coping with and managing every day life with these conditions, in addition to mind body medicine practices to help alleviate symptoms and to decrease stress. I have recently started offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as a way to cope with life stressors or trauma.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatment for anxiety, OCD-related concerns, phobias, and sleep difficulties Over the past several years, I have noticed that many college students struggle academically due to undiagnosed ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and attention-related concerns that may go overlooked. In response to this need, I have added comprehensive and affordable ADHD diagnostic testing to my practice to help students better understand their difficulties, access appropriate treatment recommendations, and obtain accommodations when clinically indicated for academic settings and standardized testing. In addition to ADHD testing, I frequently work with students experiencing anxiety, obsessive thinking, perfectionism, panic, OCD symptoms, sleep disruption, and stress related to academic performance and life transitions.

This can be seen in many forms; excessive preoccupation, holding on the “idea” of perfectionism or distortion of reality. These patterns of thinking can leave you feeling stuck, on autopilot or frozen. It can be incredibly liberating to identify these patterns in a place of non-judgement HOLSTIC APPROACH: Learning to connect with your body and mind and listening to your needs is part of the holistic healing process Healing can have great impact on our emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Hi, I'm Elizabeth and I'm so glad you're here! Therapy doesn't have to be stiff or serious all the time. In fact, I believe feeling comfortable enough to be your full, unfiltered self– including laughing, swearing, crying, or just sitting quietly– is where the real work happens. I use humor, compassion, & a deep respect for your lived experience to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. A big part of my work is helping folks build a better relationship with their bodies- whether you're fat, thin, in between, transitioning, aging, disabled, or just feeling disconnected from yourself. I work with people of all ages! I am trained in EMDR and also pull from modalities like CBT, DBT, and IFS. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; you’re not a checklist, you're a complex, layered person. I approach body image through the lens of fat acceptance and body liberation. Together we can explore what it means to live in your body without shame, pressure, or apology. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and shaped by your needs, goals, and pace. As a queer person myself, I understand the importance of feeling seen, safe, & understood. If you're looking for a therapist who can hold the hard stuff, laugh with you through the weird stuff, and support you in building a life that actually feels like yours- let’s talk!
