Therapists for college students near 02141
I'm Julia, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have worked in the mental health field for the past 23 years in a variety of roles. I have extensive experience in working with college students who struggle with managing feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress and also specialize working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
I work with Students at all leveles and my approach is both flexible and eclectic. I often use Brief Intermittent Therapy. I find that it works best for people to come in for a defined brief period of time (such as 6-8 weeks) and focus on one specific area that needs attention; the time in therapy is more concentrated and effective. When the need arises, I welcome clients back for a "tune up." My clinical work with students and families began in the early 1990’s. Much of my career has centered on helping kids in school settings. I also work with teachers and staff. I have successfully supported clients during times of crisis, transition, and struggle. I can help with anxiety, depression, peers, LGBTQ+ issues, and post-concussion support. I invite you to reach out and see if we would work well together. I am equally comfortable working via teletherapy or in-person therapy. My office is located in Harwich Center on Cape Cod. I'm happy to discuss what works best for you. Call or email Bonnie Jackman to schedule a free 15 minute consultation My Practice at a Glance Bonnie Jackman, LICSW 11 Pleasant Lake Ave Harwich, MA 02645 774-408-6164

Hi, I'm Caily and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a passion for helping young adults feel empowered, understood, and supported. I earned my Master's degree from Bridgewater State University (2020) after completing my undergraduate degree at Emmanuel College (2017). I know therapy can feel intimidating at first, so I work hard to create a space where you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are. Natalia Rosenbaum uses a holistic approach to integrate talk therapy with meditation, breath work, mindfulness and inner child work. She focuses on giving clients a transportation system to get them from a stuck, negative, and habitual place to a productive and forward-moving space where they can find the internal resources that provide energy and inner strength.
As a therapist, I aim to help my clients achieve and maintain the best version of themselves. My hope is that through the power of the therapeutic relationship, clients are able to be vulnerable, explore their authentic selves, and learn the tools necessary to help them cope with the struggles in their daily lives and relationships. Through the reflection on past experiences and the exploration of present thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, I work to help my clients gain insight and facilitate change in their lives. I offer guidance and expertise addressing an array of issues that impact individuals. These areas include trauma, eating disorders, personality disorders, military, life transitions, families/couples, anxiety, depression, and many others. My primary goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and empathic environment for you to explore, process, heal, and grow. I am here to help you feel empowered and supported throughout the therapeutic process and give you the space you need to be vulnerable, explore, and challenge yourself. With hard work, openness, and commitment, I believe clients can achieve the healthy lives and relationships they deserve. Contact me to set up a free initial appointment today!

Life can be incredibly stressful and lonely, at times, especially during the college years. I believe in the ability of therapy to help people heal and change. Often, this process starts when we feel at our lowest—lost and overwhelmed. An experienced therapist, I provide a warm, compassionate space to talk about the things that matter to you, explore what might be holding you back, and create a plan together to make the changes you desire. People say I put them at ease and quickly bring a new perspective to the way they have been thinking about a problem. I have a holistic, individualized approach—weaving together therapeutic interventions tailored to your unique needs. It would be an honor to help you navigate a difficult challenge or circumstance.

I also have experience working with those navigating spiritual issues within the Christian faith. I offer compassion, understanding, and empathy as I work alongside those experiencing stressful life events, difficult emotions, or mental health struggles. I often use CBT and ERP for anxiety, depression, and OCD. However, I cater my treatment to each individual to best meet their needs.
