Therapy is a healing tool that can bring us closer to understanding our cognitive and behavioral reactions to the world around us. Addressing issues in a safe, therapeutic relationship can help us to understand, change and adapt to new thoughts and behavior patterns, confront past issues with compassion and kindness toward ourselves and others. Please feel free to call or email me with any questions. I have over 20 years of experience helping people manage crises, navigate life transitions, and finding a deeper connection to themselves and those they care about. I provide individual and couples therapy to adults. My areas of specialty include concerns related to relationships, attachment, trauma/PTSD, dissociation, mood & anxiety disorders, self-esteem, eating issues, parenting and college counseling. I also work with clients who would like to use psychotherapy to improve their general quality of life. My clients describe me as genuine, active, flexible and attentive to their needs. I enjoy my work tremendously and consider it an honor to support and assist my clients via psychotherapy.
Approaching ourselves with curiosity and compassion is the best way to grow and heal. Therapy is an opportunity to examine the past, gain insight, explore identity, challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, improve relationships, and manage transitions. A good therapeutic relationship is collaborative and affirming: based on trust, respect, and acceptance. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, experiences, and orientations. My background is in psychodynamic psychotherapy. My work is informed by an attachment lens, parts work, and polyvagal theory. I am an EMDR Certified clinician.
With a warm, down-to-earth, supportive, and engaged style, I offer treatment for a wide range of issues such as: Depression Anxiety OCD Relationship difficulties Life transitions Grief and loss Academic and career concerns Creative blocks As an integrative therapist, my approach is customized to what works best for you. Integrative Psychological Services is a locally-owned, neighborhood therapy practice. Our practice is not run by a big tech company or corporation. We live in the community and aim to support the Boston-area by making sure our services meet the highest of standards. Our priority is you. The personalized services that we offer are integral to our boutique-style practice. We have intentionally created a comfortable office space so you can feel lighter from the moment you walk into the waiting room to the time you step out of the office. Our practice utilizes a private pay model, meaning that we are not in-network with any insurance companies. Because of this model, we can intentionally limit our caseload in order to focus on what matters most, you. Our private pay model also allows us to protect your privacy. By not having to submit therapy notes and diagnoses to insurance companies, we ensure that your treatment is private and secure. Through adopting a boutique-style model, we are able to slow down, remain energized, and spend more time on your treatment goals. This is important as we practice what we preach and hold a deep respect for a balanced and healthy lifestyle. By keeping our practice small and intimate, you won't get lost in the shuffle. At Integrative Psychological Services, we bring the mental and physical energy to go the extra mile. Whether you are our first appointment of the day or last, you'll get 100%. You will consistently be treated with kindness and respect.

You were sexually assaulted or experienced a disturbing sexual encounter. Now you feel jittery & anxious. Sometimes you have panic attacks. You can’t stop thinking about what happened and try really hard to avoid any reminders of it. You may feel really confused about how to label the experience and wonder if it was partly your fault. You have nightmares, trouble with intimacy, and are concerned you’re now permanently damaged or broken. It is possible to heal. You can feel relaxed again, get pleasure from intimacy, and feel good in your body. I am Rachel Stanton (she/her) and I use treatments like EMDR & Progressive Counting to help you process what happened in small, manageable chunks. These techniques are known for being more efficient and effective than regular talk therapy. Please go to my website CounselinginBoston.com to learn more about these techniques and the services I offer.

Hi, my name is Jenny Rivillas-O'Neill. I am a firm believer in a multidimensional approach to care in order to achieve sustained wellness. My framework incorporates the understanding that we may all experience periods where life management skills alone are insufficient, and thoughtful medication supplementation can be therapeutic in achieving balance and wellness. Through direct care experience, my knowledge, motivation, and passion for assisting people seeking wellness have grown exponentially. My experience includes PMHNP Residency training in the VA Boston Healthcare System, Inpatient Nursing Director at BIDMC, and currently in the last year of a Doctoral program at Yale concentrating on adverse childhood and community experiences and finding pathways toward healing.
