I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist, providing support and guidance to LGBTQ+ folks who often don’t see themselves represented in the world around them or reflected in their search for the right-fit therapist. While I regularly help folks work through depression, anxiety, and trauma, we also freely discuss other topics that might not otherwise feel comfortable, including sex, faith, and the impact of diet culture. Nothing is off limits. I also regularly work with neurodivergent folks, especially around the emotional impact of ADHD, and exploring autistic identity. I am licensed in both New York and Wisconsin, and see clients throughout both states through video sessions.

I am a Clinical Psychologist and a psychoanalyst, specializing in work with individuals suffering from mood disorders, addiction, trauma, and identity issues. I have a sensitivity for the dilemmas of young adults as they struggle to find "true self" expression integrated with the demands for compromise and conformity they face, both externally and internally. I work with people navigating a season of change, whether through grief, identity exploration, burnout, or relationship transitions, and they are seeking a space where they don’t have to carry it all alone. They may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the future, but they also have a deep desire to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Many of the people I work with are highly introspective and care deeply about others, but struggle to extend that same compassion to themselves. They want to feel seen, validated, and supported as a whole person with layered experiences. I specialize in working with people moving through grief, life transitions, and identity-related challenges. I offer a queer-affirming and trauma-informed space where clients can show up as they are. My approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and grounded in deep listening. If you're feeling the weight of grief, burnout, identity shifts, or emotional disconnection, you don't have to face it alone. Healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen when you feel safe, understood, and empowered. Therapy is a powerful act of selfcare and trust, and I'd be honored to be part of that journey with you.
