I am passionate about helping individuals and couples build deeper, more secure connections, while finding healing and growth through life's challenges. I believe that many of our struggles, whether in our relationships or within ourselves, often stem from unmet needs for safety, understanding, and belonging. In our work together, we'll explore these core needs and the patterns that might be keeping you stuck.
MindSights offers a wide array of psychological testing, assessment, and consultation services. We aim to help young people and/or their families gain a much more robust and practical understanding of the unique ways in which any neurodevelopmental, cognitive, emotional, and/or behavioral differences affect a specific individual’s adjustment, adaptation, success, and comfort in the world. We do not have therapists or a therapy practice, but focus exclusively on psychological testing, assessment, and consultation services
I work with clients from all walks of life—whoever you are, wherever you are on your path, I welcome you just as you are. I connect well with clients who are curious about themselves & the world, have a sense of humor, and are motivated to engage in the process of therapy. I particularly enjoy working with folks who are new to therapy and those who are motivated to roll their sleeves up and get to work.
I listen closely to your dreams and fears, and foster healing the wounds that limit you using EMDR, ego state work, and a sense of humor. With a feminist lens, I help free you up from the constraints of trauma, with a specialty in sexual trauma and alternative sexual expression. I'm savvy in polyamory and BDSM. Clients have called me a witch, a shaman, and a professional shame-buster.
College can bring a lot at once: more independence, academic pressure, changing relationships, questions about identity, and the uncertainty of what comes next. Even when things are going well, it can still feel overwhelming, isolating, or hard to manage alone. Horizon Online Therapy is a small telehealth practice offering therapy for college students in Oregon. We are not a large platform or a call-center-style service. We are a small team of clinicians who value steady, personal, and collaborative care. Our therapists support students dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, burnout, identity questions, family conflict, perfectionism, and major life transitions. We work with students who may be adjusting to college, navigating cultural or family expectations, exploring identity and belonging, or trying to understand patterns that keep getting in the way. Our team includes: Alex, who works with adoptees, immigrants, and students from multicultural backgrounds, with a focus on identity, belonging, trauma, and the experience of living between cultures. Tenaya, who supports LGBTQ+ students, students navigating relationships, and those struggling with stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, or feeling stuck. Rachel, who brings a holistic approach and incorporates mindfulness, EMDR, and somatic therapy for students working through trauma, burnout, or significant life changes. Therapy with us is warm, practical, and individualized. We offer online sessions so students can access care from a private space that works for them. Our goal is not to tell you who to be, but to help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and better able to manage what you are carrying. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be a place to slow down, sort through what is happening, and get support that feels real.

Hello! I am an experienced counselor with a friendly, grounded style of relating to people. You will find me easy to talk to. I know that college can be a very stressful time, filled with stress, transition and uncertainty. My goal is to help with real solutions and provide lots of support. I also help people cope with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship problems. Telehealth therapy is available for students in Oregon and Washington.
I see therapy as a place for people to be deeply understood and gently challenged to take action on what they value most. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach to support what is already working for you, including your innate resilience and knowledge, while also targeting areas of struggle. I recognize that healing and change happen in the context of genuine, consistent, and intentional relationships, and strive to bring these things into therapy along with techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I also deeply value feminist, queer, and liberation psychologies and draw upon these wisdoms to explore the struggle of being human from a social justice lens. Relatedly, my understanding of systems of oppression, and therefore my orientation to therapeutic practice, are informed by my identities as a White, Jewish, pansexual cisgender woman.

Is being away at school a little trickier than you had expected? Maybe you're a bit lonely even though there's always loads of people around. So many challenges and expectations--it can be overwhelming even while it's gratifying and fun. We all need support at times. Together we work toward cultivating the inner strength, confidence and wisdom needed to fully and successfully transition into a meaningful and autonomous adulthood. Anything that is causing distress is welcome: grief, confusion, difficult relationships. I'd like to help.
It’s important to me that that therapy is a space for all people to feel safe and accepted. I have extensive experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and belief systems. I specialize in working with LGBQIA+, Trans*/GNC, and poly-identified clients. My approach fosters a space where you can be unapologetically YOU. My perspective is warm, accepting, and uses a harm reduction lens. It is important to me that we find what works for you, so I truly value your feedback in the therapeutic process.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I value creating a space where people feel supported, connected, and empowered. With seven years of experience in the field, I work with diverse clients and have developed a particular focus on college students and LGBTQIA+ young adults.
Welcome! I have been practicing as a Mental Health Counselor for nearly 10 years, and it continues to be a privilege to support individuals through life’s many challenges. As someone with lived experience as an ADHDer, I know what it can feel like to be misunderstood or to move through the world feeling different. This perspective deeply informs my work. I am passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals, as well as those navigating anxiety, complex trauma, and depression. My goal is to help you move toward a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and more at peace. Life comes with bumps and bruises, and it can sometimes feel incredibly lonely. You do not have to go through any of it alone, nor were you meant to. As humans, we are wired for connection. I am here to meet you exactly where you are and offer a space where you can grow, heal, and reconnect with your inner sense of peace. I offer free 20-minute consultation calls so you can get a sense of who I am and whether I feel like the right fit for your needs. Feel free to visit my website for more information about me and my approach.
You feel alone, prioritize the needs of others, and wonder if things will change, asking: "What am I protecting? Who am I trying to be? What do I want?" Relationships (breakups, separation, dating, divorce) can bring up anxiety, regret, fear and self-judgment. These effect the relationship we have with ourselves. Resentments, anger, and guilt - toward others and within ourselves make us feel disconnected and alone. As a therapist, my aim is to help you reconnect with your SELF. Everyone is different. Our expectations and ideals are influenced by family history, surrounding cultural expectations, and unique experiences. Our therapy sessions help you develop tools to define relationships you want, conquer anxiety, past regrets, self doubt, negative self-image, and slowly dispose of the negative loud inner-monologue (which comes up frequently, when you are trying to navigate your road ahead.) I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist using Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) tools to develop a solid foundation of self - (via telehealth, online) in both Oregon and Washington State. Specialties: Individuals dealing with sleep issues/insomnia, difficulty with focus (ADHD); folks going through separation/divorce to develop purpose, motivation and intention; individuals in relationships cultivate/improve connection; single individuals build a sense of self (aligned with values) which can be applied toward dating and future relationships. __________________________________________ Interested in seeing if we connect? Hello. I work with neurodivergent adults, especially those who identify as late-diagnosed or self-diagnosed. My practice centers on helping clients understand their internal experiences, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable ways of moving through the world. I use expressive arts methods for clients who benefit from nonverbal processing, sensory-based exploration, or creative approaches to self-regulation. My work is grounded in validating lived experience, supporting identity development, and offering practical strategies that align with each client’s nervous system and needs.
